This icon made in stone, we found in a writings from the Iberians. We do not know the meaning but in a sense we can read one (1) and grape (0) = monovarietal.

Description
Malvasía is an ancient Mediterranean variety that was mostly abandoned in Spain. Since we believe in it and in its great potential we have worked on the vine selection (clone and rootstock) to introduce it to our estate on the right soil.
Winemaking process
This malvasía was aged with lees in concrete egg vessel. The egg vessel keeps a continuous flow of the wine with the lees and provides body and complexity to the wine.
