Single varietal wines

The single varietal wines reflect the native grapes of our land.

The production of these wines is highly limited, given that we select those grapes that are truly representative.

Syrah

Syrah is a Mediterranean variety that has also become important in Australia with the name Shiraz

Winemaking process

This wine is made from fresh syrah (13.5%) in order to keep a better acidity that makes it fresh and helps conservation. It is very fruity and aromatic.

Malvasía

Description
This is an ancient Mediterranean variety that was mostly abandoned in Spain. Since we believe in it and in its great potential we have worked on the vine selection (clone and rootstock) to introduce it to our estate on the right soil. The first year we released the wine to the market, it receives the gold medal from BioWeinPreis.
