Vineyards & Viticulture
Young vines grown on white clay soils, using 100% indigenous yeasts and maintaining a permanent vegetative cover on 50% of the surface. The plants have been designed using French rootstocks and Italian clones from Friuli, northeastern Italy.
Winemaking Process
White wine fermented with the skins with indigenous yeasts for alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, which is carried out in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Notes
The nose offers citrus notes reminiscent of fresh oranges accompanied by notes of mango and passion fruit, flowers such as orange blossom, jasmine and violets, and herbal, mineral and bakery nuances.
